The Maestro
This is the same design as either The Bachor or Full Monty but is manufactured in
stainless steel. A feature of this model is the option of polished granite shelves.
This model can come in either gas or wood. We are currently going through the process of certifying our BBQ to accept gas.
We will fit three gas burners into the hot smoking chamber. This gives the option of doing a wood burning smoke or cooking/grilling directly over gas if you don't want to smoke.
If you don't want to have the wood option, we will fit gas burners into the first chamber with the ability to put sawdust over one burner for a gas only model.
The Maestro is not available at this time.
Once we have passed NZ certification standards we will advise availabity and price.
