TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.) All deposits are non refundable.
2.) A full refund will be paid on any deposit or payment made, if Smokin BBQ'S Ltd is unable to meets
its orders.
3.) Bbq's will not be delivered until full payment has been made and monies cleared.
4.) If no colour is specified, the bbq will be painted black.
5.) Smokin bbq's responsibility stops at the delivery street address. It is the purchasers responsibility
thereafter including moving the bbq from the street to the desired location, and assembly if required.
6.) Smokin BBQ's Ltd gives a full warranty on fire box burnout to the original purchaser only.
Please keep hold of receipt for proof of purchase.
7.) Please check BBQ on delivery. If there is any damage that you are not happy about please inform
the driver and ask for it to be returned to sender. We will fix any damage or replace the bbq if damaged
badly. If you sign and accept the bbq from the delivery company, no damage can be claimed thereafter.
